Refund policy

What you can return and when:

  • If you receive a damaged product
  • You receive a product that is different from what you ordered

What cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, soiled, or damaged in your hands
  • Custom-made or hand-made products
  • No refund, exchange, or return on discount/sale items.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours with a picture of the item that is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

You can exchange the product only if the product does not fit (size issues), for a size that you need.  In the event of the size not being available, you will be provided a gift voucher for your product value (after deducting shipping charges).

We only provide exchanges on non-discounted products for fit issues.  We are unable to offer an exchange for international purchases.

We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery within India for which garments must be unworn, unused with tags intact, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

To start an exchange, contact us at care@slowthreads.in. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping ID and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Once we receive your exchange item it will be acknowledged within 2 working days and processed.    You can always contact us with any questions at care@slowthreads.in.

Refunds

The refunds made will be after deducting shipping costs.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
